1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Orders and Quotations

All quotations provided by Yiku Kids are valid for 30 days. Prices are FOB (Free On Board) unless otherwise stated. We require a 30% deposit before mass production, and the remaining 70% balance must be paid before shipment.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, designs, and images, is the property of Yiku Kids and is protected by copyright laws.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Yiku Kids be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our products or website.
