1. What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

Our standard MOQ is 50 pcs per color per style. For new clients or first-time cooperation, we can negotiate a more flexible MOQ.

2. Do you support OEM/ODM customization?

Yes, we have a strong R&D and production team. We can customize fabric, color, size, logo, main label, and care label. You just need to provide the design draft or sample.

3. What is the lead time for samples and mass production?

Sampling time is usually 7-10 days. Mass production lead time is about 25-35 days, depending on the style and order quantity.

4. What are your payment terms?

We usually accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer). 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment. We can also discuss other payment methods for long-term partners.
